Vampire Diaries Tells The Story Of Elena And The Vampire Brothers Stefan and DamonWatch Vampire Diaries Season 1 Episode 1 on its premier presentation on September 10, 2009. This CW produced Vampire Diaries is a new series and centers on the film heroine Elena Gilbert (Nina Dobrev) and her 15 year old brother Jeremy (Steven McQueen).
The series opens with a tragic car accident that killed their parents leaving Elena and her brother Jeremy helping each other to cope with the emotional stress they have to endure. At school, Elena was drawn to a mysterious new student whose name is Stefan Salvatore (Paul Wesley). Elena and Stefan became close with Elena not knowing that Stefan is a centuries-old vampire.
Stefan is a good natured vampire and trying his best to live among humans as best as he could. The smooth relationship between Elena and Stefan was suddenly disturbed when a blood thirty and brutally violent vampire sowed fear to the residents of Mystic Fall, Virginia. This vampire is Damon(Ian Somerhalder) who is the brother of Stefan.
This new vampire TV series Vampire Diaries would in effect be a struggle between two vampire brothers, Stefan and Damon. I believe, the good vampire Stefan would triumph in the end, as every story would tell you. But don't count on that, friends.
